Karena pengen bikin 2 lapis cake dan belum bisa membelah cake makanya aku bikin 2 kali adonan. Sempat panik gara2 cake yang mengembang bagus setelah dingin mengkerut hiks hiks.... Tapi modal nekat aja, toh ya pinggiran cake nya kan dipotong hehehe....&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Untuk filling nya aku pake whipcream dan blueberry palleta. Setelah cake dirapikan, sekelilingnya dipoles lagi dengan whipcream, perjuangan nih krn aku sama sekali ga ngerti gmn cara memoles cake alhasil whipcream yang putih jd kena remahan cake nya...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Terakhir dikasih cokelat serut, have no idea at all gmn cara nempelin cokelat serut ke sekeliling cake, kl bagian atasnya sih gampang, sekelilingnya itu yg bingung... Thanks to cik Ine hehehe... Dikasih tau caranya, walaupun belum sukses aku praktekin, tp bener2 membantu banyak deh....&lt;br /&gt;Penampilan masih belum maksimal, tp untuk rasa dah enak kok hehehe....&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan Sponge Cake Cokelat:&lt;br /&gt;300 gr Terigu Kunci Biru&lt;br /&gt;450 gr Gula pasir&lt;br /&gt;75 gr Maizena&lt;br /&gt;18 btr Telur&lt;br /&gt;50 gr Cake emulsifier&lt;br /&gt;2 gr Baking powder&lt;br /&gt;2 gr Baking soda&lt;br /&gt;110 gr Mentega cair&lt;br /&gt;15 gr Cokelat pasta&lt;br /&gt;75 gr Cokelat bubuk&lt;br /&gt;10 gr Rhum bakar&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Simple syrup:&lt;br /&gt;100 gr Gula pasir&lt;br /&gt;200 gr Air&lt;br /&gt;Rhum secukupnya&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Blueberry palleta&lt;br /&gt;Whipped Cream (yang sudah dikocok)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Sponge Cake Cokelat:&lt;br /&gt;1. Kocok semua bahan sampai mengental kecuali mentega cair.&lt;br /&gt;2. Masukkan mentega cair, aduk rata.&lt;br /&gt;3. Tuang di loyang yang sudah dialasi kertas roti dan dioles mentega putih.&lt;br /&gt;4. Bakar di oven dengan suhu 180 derajat Celcius kurang lebih 20 menit. *&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;* aku memakai loyang dengan tinggi 4 cm, jd suhu oven aku turunin menjadi 150 derajat Celcius.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Simple syrup:&lt;br /&gt;1. Masak air dan gula sampai gula mencair seluruhnya, aduk sesekali agar gula tidak gosong.&lt;br /&gt;2. Angkat, masukkan rhum secukupnya.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Finishing:&lt;br /&gt;1. Ambil 1 buah cake, olesi dengan simple syrup, kemudian olesi dengan whipped cream.&lt;br /&gt;2. Olesi dengan blueberry palleta.&lt;br /&gt;3. Ambil 1 buah cake lagi, letakkan di atas cake tadi.&lt;br /&gt;4. Olesi lagi dengan simple syrup.&lt;br /&gt;5. Olesi whipped cream di sekeliling cake sampai rata.&lt;br /&gt;6. Namanya juga &lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;petit&lt;/span&gt; so pasti kue2 mungil2 banget... Kue ini emang dibuat mungil dan habis dimakan dalam 1-2 kali gigit...&lt;br /&gt;Di Surabaya ada 1 bakery yang terkenal dengan kue2 mungil ini... Kue2nya cantik2 banget makanya akhirnya aku putusin ambil kursus ini, sekalian belajar dikit2 cara mendekor cake...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Pagi2 brkt ke tempat kursus dengan semangat 45, udah dikasih tau ama orgnya BBC untuk dateng pagian coz harus registrasi dulu, ternyata aku orang pertama yang datang hehehe.... Baru pertama kali ini kursus di BBC, ternyata juga ada teorinya gitu.. Jd session pertama diisi teori dan penjelasan resep, session ke dua baru deh praktek...&lt;br /&gt;Hari pertama ini diisi dengan menyiapkan cake2nya, dan finishing nya baru dilakukan di hari ke 2. Tapi hari pertama tidak pulang dengan tangan kosong lho... Pastry yang kita buat udah langsung jadi so hari pertama kita kita bawa pulang sekantong plastik penuh pastry2 mini... Akhirnya keinginan belajar pastry lumayan terpenuhi di kursus ini...&lt;br /&gt;Hari ke 2 diisi dengan menghias berbagai macam kue, belajar yang namanya memotong cake, memoles dengan krim dan terakhir menghias... Setelah sempat tertunda, akhirnya libur kemerdekaan ini disempatkan bikin roti kasur. Setelah browsing2 resep akhirnya diputuskan pake resepnya dari blognya &lt;a href="http://v-recipes.blogspot.com"&gt;mbak Vania&lt;/a&gt;..&lt;br /&gt;Pagi2 udah mulai timbang2 bahan, siapin mikser, dll. Entah kenapa kok pas proofing pertama, adonannya ndak mengembang... Duh sedih liatnya.. Aku lanjutin terus step2nya, adonan ditimbang 40 gr, lalu dibulatkan, dan didiamkan lagi... Untung deh, kali ini lumayan mengembang... Jadi semangat 45 lagi hehehe...&lt;br /&gt;Kali ini aku cuma isi rotinya dengan keju. Pas di oven, wew seneng banget, mengembang gendutttt hehehe.. but... kempes lagi hiks hiks...&lt;br /&gt;Hasilnya sih udah lumayan, tapi rotinya masih lengket2 di gigi nih.. Dari dulu udah punya blog tapi belum pernah diisi coz bingung mo diisi apa nih hehehe...&lt;br /&gt;Dulu banget pernah bikin donut pake resep dari blognya &lt;a href="http://v-recipes.blogspot.com"&gt;mbak Vania&lt;/a&gt;, asli pengen banget punya blog kayak gini... Keren abis deh....&lt;br /&gt;Back to donut... Dulu bikinnya manual pake tangan, nguleni sampe pegal semua... Inget2 itu jadi males mo buat donut lagi. Berhubung kmrn dpt pinjaman mixer sico-bosch, langsung deh praktek bikin donut lagi. Kali ini pake resep donut ala J'Co dari website nya NCC. Seneng deh, ndak pake pegal2 lagi hehehe... Overall hasilnya not bad lah, kata orang rumah udah enak, cuma menurut aku masih terlalu berminyak... Ada saran gmn spy donutnya ndak berminyak gitu???&lt;br /&gt;Tapi kali ini aku lupa bikin foto2nya hiks hiks... Ntar kalo bikin lagi harus inget bikin dokumentasi nih... :D&lt;br /&gt;Next projext.... ROTI KASUR...
